Coachella
Coachella’s one of those things that works on a level you can’t quite explain—the music, sure, but also the specific desert heat, the parade of clothes and bodies you’ll never see the same way again, the sense that something’s supposed to happen because everyone arrived expecting it to. You know it won’t fix anything, but you go anyway. And when it’s actually good, when the music lands right and the night’s perfect, you remember why humans keep doing this to themselves.
