At the Noodlebar
Hyunjung and I stopped by MoschMosch, a noodle bar in Frankfurt. We both had tantanmen, a kind of ramen with a creamy, spicy miso broth, ground meat, sesame tare, hot sauce, baby spinach, bean sprouts, spring onions, sesame seeds, crispy chili oil, and peanuts. Over our bowls, we talked about life in Seoul, divided Korea, and the Penis Park in Sinnam.
