Bend It Like Aang
Thao spontaneously came over with a few waffles and gummy bears. While she crocheted a Pokémon, we watched the first episodes of Avatar. I never watched the series back then and had long wanted to catch up on it, since everyone raves about it so much. So far I find the story about Aang, Katara, and Sokka pretty funny and interesting. The show's humor reminds me of a time when I'd spend whole afternoons in front of the TV, binging one adventure cartoon after another. Will the little airbender stop the Fire Nation and bring peace back to the warring world? We'll see.
