The Smokeshow
Hue and I recently started watching the anime Chainsmoker Cat. It's about the everyday adventures of a sexy loser girl with cat ears who's addicted to cigarettes, and her no-less-questionable neighbors. Already the first scene convinced us of the quality of the plot. On the surface, the series seems like an almost romanticized homage to weak will and the giving-up that results from it. But the more we learn about the characters and their mental abysses, the more we realize that they might just be fur-covered mirrors of ourselves. For anyone who doesn't want to go that deep, there's plenty of tits, dicks, and puking orgies - and a hefty dose of extraordinary friendship.
