Farewell From Orange County

Yesterday, John came over, and we went for an hour-long walk, talking about some of the darker sides of humanity. It was surprisingly amusing at times—especially with his striking green contact lenses, which made him look intense. On a different note, I also learned that Kalli doesn’t want to have anything to do with me anymore. I’m left wondering why.

School was fairly normal. We had a math test—half of it went well, the other half not so much. I guess we’ll see how it turns out. Later, I spent some time in Kaufbeuren with Becca, and now I’m just waiting for 9:15 p.m., when the last episode of The O.C. airs. The world feels a little cruel at times, but it’s worth watching. Everyone should see it and be ready to feel something.
