A New Era

It should have been a perfect evening. I had just sunk into the couch with an iced tea in one hand and the remote in the other, ready for a quiet episode, when the familiar voice chimed, Previously on The O.C…—and then, unexpectedly, the doorbell rang. Looking downstairs, I found Sarah, accompanied by her friend—also named Sarah. Yes, two Sarahs.

What followed was a marathon of absurd, laugh-out-loud conversation, touching on everything from playful debates about labels to surprisingly risqué topics. By the time they left, the episode had passed entirely under my radar. So, no detailed commentary this week—my regrets.

For those who care about the plot: Seth is smitten with Lindsay, and Ryan tries to help him win her over—but things don’t go exactly as planned. Simple enough. Catch the next episode of The O.C. next Wednesday, and hopefully, fewer interruptions.
