Every Vice Deserves a Better Interface

Spotted something called "iSmoke" out in the wild today—whoever made it understood that slapping a lowercase "i" in front of anything in 2008 immediately reads as either product or parody, and the line between those two is thinner than it looks. Genuinely funny. Apple’s branding has sunk so deep into the cultural vocabulary that you can critique the whole thing just by applying it somewhere it doesn’t belong.

Still keeping my Gauloises, though. They have no interface at all, which is exactly the point.
