Marten Surfaces Again

Summer’s apparently over because Marten has resurfaced after his annual vanishing act. The neon-light obsessive from Rostock has been quiet for months and now he’s back, writing about whatever Berlin throws at him. He still owes me developed photos. He knows which ones.
