Two Idiots, Perfectly Cast

Jake Hurwitz and Amir Blumenfeld did a web series for CollegeHumor where Jake played the quietly suffering straight man to Amir’s spectacular, fully committed social dysfunction. The premise was minimal—a shared office desk, a fixed camera, two guys—and they ran it for years, which shouldn’t have worked but completely did. Amir’s particular brand of delusion, the way he’d misread every cue with total confidence and zero self-awareness, never got tired.

Funny in that specific way where you recognize someone you know a little too well in one of the characters. Not naming names.
