Men in Glitter, Girls in Pig Masks
Renata Raksha shoots MTV campaigns, Disney jobs, and Nylon editorials, which sounds like a perfectly curated career of pleasant irrelevance until you actually look at the work. Men dusted head-to-toe in gold glitter. Women in pig masks. Private snapshots from inside her own circle of friends that feel less like photography assignments and more like evidence from a party you’ll never get into. Something feral runs through all of it—even the commercial stuff—that most photographers working at that level manage to sand down completely by the second big client. She doesn’t. Her Flickr archive is worth an afternoon. If you find a nipple somewhere in there, it’s yours to keep.
