Passion Pit have been around since 2007, and Manners—their debut—only arrives next month. Good things taking their time, et cetera. The Reeling is evidence in favor of the wait: bright, manic, weirdly affecting. Some songs don’t need unpacking. You just let them take you wherever they’re going. I’m going somewhere warm.
