After the Last Train
Ghost Beach had a very specific thing going on—New York synth-pop that felt like a love letter to a version of the 1980s that may not have entirely existed, polished within an inch of its life but with enough genuine feeling underneath to make it stick. "Empty Streets" landed exactly where the name promised: late night, slightly hollow, still moving. The kind of track you put on walking home at 3am and feel briefly like the city was built for you alone.
